Parts and maintenance
To be ready in case of breakage or failure, we always provide a set of spare parts for each machine and accessory sold. Repair is a complex phase performed with extreme rigour: technicians disassemble each component, measure it, check dimensions and tolerances against the design, and assess whether it is sufficient to replace the worn material.
Upon completion of the repair, machines and accessories are tested, broken-in, and certified: we keep track of every single job performed on every single accessory and we take responsibility for everything we do, in compliance with all regulations.
